All vanilla clothes separated into different part such as boots, pants, tshirt, coat, scarf left or right gloves and more. The major difference is that cbbe vanilla combines the two body meshes into a bit of a hybrid, and the vanilla option converts it to the base fo4 body shape. It should show up as cbbe vanilla outfits under the group manager. You can set body shapes, sizes, etc to whatever you want.
