In this tutorial i am assuming that you have already createda working armour for fallout 4, this tutorial only deals with adding physics to the existing armour. So basically, i got a perfectly working build with a lot of mods (237 of them) without any problems through trial and error following numerous guides, the problem is that i still don't quite know how to really use bodyslide without breaking anything, i have cbbe, ocbpc physics (and a preset for them) and i have everything already batch built.
