Yes, i have discovered this and the glory of forcing companions and settlers alike to wear appropriate stuff.

The ikaros android racial mod has a few body types and i have it set to the cbbe one and it does match the cbbe body shape without clothing, but when equipping clothes, they just show up as invisible.
