I did find a mod called ab_vanilla outfits_ikaros 3bbb_bodyslide by a user by gameplayer(there's a link to his modpack listed on the ikaros page).

Replace all the vanilla outfits : While no mod is foolproof (foolproof solutions will only generate better fools) it would take a lot of effort to mess up the cbbe installation. Armors , clothes , armor parts with reworked cbbe bodyslidable outfits 2. Vanilla outfits for cbbe bodyslide.
So now that i've figured out how to use bodyslide to adjust cbbe to my liking, i'm a little disappointed that most of the characters it applies to don't show of their new proportions through the clothes they wear. 21:10 downloading and using custom presets. Should be a huge list of outfits from the vanilla/dlc. That converted the outfits to 3bbb body shape, but worked with ikaros. Just asking for a friend. Replace all the dlc's outfits
The meshes for vanilla clothing don't scale with the cbbe body meshes.
Hotfix to make the program load textures from ba2 archives again. Once i had that, i was able to modify those with the batch into the cbbe shape and it worked.
