Fallout 4 vortex bodyslide issues (solution) complete tutorial on how to make bodyslide work with the new fallout 4 vortex mod launcher. Bodyslide wasn't showing me the textures as well, so. While no mod is foolproof (foolproof solutions will only generate better fools) it would take a lot of effort to mess up the cbbe installation.

The body is not naked but in bra and underwear, even though i did not select nevernude in the cbbe installation.
I have removed and resintalled mo2.
Local disk (c:)\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\common\fallout4\meshes\actors\character\characterassets\femalebody.nif. I have tried deleting cbbe and installing it again but to no avail. Then you can have a nude body with bodyparts of different size, which solve the most clipping problem. Then you haven't installed bodyslide or cbbe properly.
You might notice that a preset isn't showing up on a given outfit/body. The cbbe body and textures i use are applying fine. The patchy skin is gone, but my body preset is not showing in game. The problem i'm having is despite cbbe showing up as an active mods and even disabling achievements, the body is not updating.
Navigate to your fallout 4 directory/data/tools/bodyslide and select the bodyslide executable (dont navigate to your vortex mods folder!)
If for some strange reason you don't want to see your character naked, then uncheck cbbe body and leave cbbe nevernude checked off. I recommend only doing the ones you're actually wearing, that way, npcs still look vanilla and don't inherit your huge boobs ;) Not only will this create your ini files (providing you first deleted them when you uninstalled), this will also update the game's registry entries. Not sure what was the issue, but the nexus page for bodyslide explicitly tells you to keep the weight in the middle of the triangle.
I'm having trouble getting bodyslide to work, because it won't show any armors or body presets. After this step, navigate to the programs button in mo2 to modify a new executable. Install any armor/clothing mods of your choosing (always make sure they have bodyslide files for cbbe included) deploy mods. You need to build the body onto the outfits in bodyslide, and if you want the vanilla outfits to change you need a cbbe conversion for them as well, like this one.
If you still have the no image issue for mo2, manually reinstall bodyslide into your fallout 4 data folder and extract the files.
Outfits override the body shape, so you need to build all the outfits to match the new body. Click batch build and select the outfits you want to be adapted to that body. However, when i try and build the cbbe body it never applies in game, it says it is writing to; Sure you don't have a filter set in bodyslide?
Different outfit sets made by different people will have different sliders, it means presets from one outfit cannot be easily applied to another sets. The nexus wiki has step by step instructions for how to build outfits in bs if you're unfamiliar with the process, or there are plenty of tutorial vids on youtube as well. A tutorial of making sliders only work with the baseshape of an outfit. Just asking for a friend.
Go to the dashboard of vortex and add a tool.
I have reduced my load order so that only vanilla outfits are being batch processed in bodyslide. Bodyslide is unable to locate the textures to display the body, as i have said. Set the new executable binary for the directory shown in the 3rd image (in the post). Before you do anything else, scroll down the list that starts with cbbe and at the very end, uncheck cbbe body physics and cbbe nevernude.
I recently installed cbbe via the nmm following the instructions for gopher vids. Here is what it looks like: So i use a custom bodyslide preset, and therefore i have to edit my clothing/armor meshes because batch building outfits does not work (for some reason).
