Fallout 4 Glitch Character Keeps Losing Their Outfit

Refreshes the npc to fix the rusty face. The normal clothing has no texture glitch. I assume it was because i grabbed it from the sky and dragged it down to the body.

In the armor model view in the middle, click on the armor part that has the glitched blood texture appearing on it.
