I'm currently getting the fallout itch again after about a year break apnd looking for some recommended mods.
Right now i am wearing kellogs outfit with a militia hat, sometimes the grey knit cap with patrolman sunglasses.
The minutemen outfit is available in concord and can have any armor worn over them, can be upgraded with ballistic weave, and provides a +1 to both agility and perception. I'm looking for armor and weapon mods to give my character more of an older western/gunslinger feel. I'm level 30 and i haven't even joined a faction proper yet (lol love it)! My favorite thing about new vegas is the modern western feel; Mods with older style revolvers, armor kind of like raul's vaquero outfit with bandoliers and gunbelts with shells, cowboy type stuff.
