In the nuclear winter mod by d1v1ne122 everything works great but the clothes don’t have an insulation value.
It can be modded on all power armors apart from raider power armor and x. They do like a see the cold symbol and most all clothing item but they are all just 0. So what are the clothing options with this mod? It's the only mod i've seen add actual winter clothing but he's been posting teaser images for years and has to release anything so don't hold your breath.
