Fixes the black/brown face bug introduced by the official high res dlc released by bethesda. There's a black bos uniform variant that looks good. However i have seen other reports of the faces turning black and it shouldn't be because of the psu. I had a similar issue using cbbe and some dresses with armor smith extended or some similar mod and ended up just using a similar mod eli's armor and then common wealth shorts/mini dresses and the clothing overhaul mod which allows you to change armor colors, etc.

Npcs still have their faces, seems to. There are three different variants of this outfit, including orange, olive green, and jet black. If you you don't use the high resolution dlc you don't. So far i tried disabling mods changing textures which didn't fix the problem and i tried reseting the.inis which didn't work either.
