I know of two different ways to get preston's colonial duster without using console commands. I noticed when i put a beret and military fatigues on preston garvey however that when i met ronnie shaw 6 missions later she was wearing the exact same outfit i put on him. The outfit is based on the outfit worn by preston garvey in fallout 4.
