There's a grognak outfit at hubris comics. Ideally i’d have a female player with skimpy clothing and a ridiculously large chest (bigger than the busty mod) but i can never find any. My definition of looks good may differ.

Road leathers with leather armor is my usual. I have made them usable by male characters, and added railroad & legendary support. Oodles of skin and cleavage generally don't do anything for me in games. The skimpy rating ranges from 0 to 100, where 0 means not skimpy at all (every inch of the skin covered), and 100 being butt naked.
I know it’s hard to find skimpy/revealing clothes on console because bethesda deletes them pretty fast.
