Just about any mod that allows the minutemen outfit to spawn such as we are the minutemen minutemen face changes, and so on, even retextures work on this.

I get that there arent exactly places manufacturing clothes anymore, in the fallout universe, at a large enough scale to clothe an army in matching outfits. Makes the coat and pants black. Craft minutemen outfits without restriction. There are tonnes of mods that retexure the army and military fatigues, but i can't find anything suitable that makes simple changes to them.
Simple mod, that replaces minuteman outfit texture to army fatigues texture (gray colored, with minuteman decal) + recolor for the militia hat One's at the museum steps but the other is around the church or one of the houses next to it iirc. This mod replaces the dirty rags worn by the minutemen with a uniform loosely based on civil war era union cavalry uniforms, which look much more fitting. Instead of using we are the minutemen, you could try the listed mods in the credits part of we are the minutemen description page.
