I have decided to keep my no autonomous mods in one place, to make updates easier! Roommates with the big closet quirk should not change into random everyday outfits anymore. Dogs will only change into their athletic outfit when it is freezing or cold outside.

Imagine sims actually using changing rooms instead of changing from their evening robes into swim suits at the edge of the pool.
All they want to do is dance! This mod keeps the sims from autonomously turning on stereos. A few months ago i already wanted to make a mod which stops sims from autonomously change into outfits but back then i thought i had to overwrite all the interaction files where the change outfit code is in. I believe this was fixed with the june 19 patch, is anyone still having this issue?

It affects residential lots as well as community lots but it only affects community lots that has the new lot trait change into everyday added. Created with game version 1.84.197.1030. I don't mind so much, but they forget to turn them off. Basically, the result of such mod would be, for example, your sim gets out of bed, still wearing their sleepwear, and you tell them to go outside to check the mail or grab the paper. This mod will prevent your sim from constantly swimming in pool and ocean. The first is a global trait that is added to every sim in the game.
This mod operates with two mechanisms:
No weather outfit change mod. This includes no autonomous cooking, grilling, campfire, grabbing food, drinks, thirst, cleaning, computer, and phone. I completely redid them and this way they are less likely to conflict! If so, can you clarify what situation they're not changing their outfit, when you would expect them to?
And all the unintentionally funny situations tight to inappropriate outfits. Generate (randomize) or switch to new outfits in any category (works on household members & npc sims) added new interactions. This is a tuning mod that will prevent your sim from dying in extreme heat and extreme cold temperatures by autonomously changing their outfit. This list includes, no auto cleaning, no auto drinks/thirst, no auto grab food/grilling/cooking/campfire, and no auto phone.
Sims will no longer need to change out of their everyday outfit into their hot/cold weather outfits. No more finding a mod to disable every single action you find annoying. Various walkby scenario, including tourists in san myshuno (city living) and del sol valley (get famous). This mod removes automatic changing into weather outfits + adds weather immunity for more outfit types.
These will even work with most custom content!
