I have a female character save i enjoy playing up with a white and blue theme, and i really love the look of the decker specialist outfit, but the red shirt and pink band sort of conflict with the all blue and white motif.
The morningstar soldier outfit is based on the female morningstar outfit, not the male one. They carry a d4th blossom in each hand and also come equipped with a shock hammer. The third (?) hitman assassination that lists kinzie as the contact. It's a retexture of the decker specialist model originaly uploaded by admixon.
Decker outfit needs to be fixed. Add gloves or a hat (deckers headphones are good) or glasses or some extra thing. Has anyone figure out how to get the glow effect working for a color of your choosing on the female decker specialist outfit? This mod adds new item based on decker specialist outfit.
