I don’t think you can change it, because it’s not an official outfit. Once the clothing has been removed or repaired, a sim’s bathing outfit can be reset by running the “clean outfits” mc dresser command. Content management > batch fixes > disallow cc for shower & disallow cc shoes while wearing a towel.
