It is very flexible and lets you choose exactly what you want to copy.
I've played ts4 for many years and it wasn't until very recently i learned how to quickly copy makeup across outfits with mc com. Click on the sim>nraas>mastercontroller>intermediate>transfer clothing>choose the destination sim, then choose whether to add the outfit or replace. Use this cheat to quickly & easily duplicate outfits across multiple categories for your sims, or even steal the looks of someone else! So before using this, you will want to set your sim's everyday outfit 1 to have the hair, makeup and/or tattoos you want copied to all the other outfits.
For some reason makeup isn't copying to other outfits. Are you bored putting the same makeup to your sim's outfits just because your sim doesn't have the makeup you want in other outfits? I will do a full tutorial video soon. Make sure the sim you want is currently selected and that you are in live mode and not cas.

No unmodded way to do this unfortunately. I noticed a lot of you don't know this cool trick from mc command center and i wanted to show you how to do it! Click on sim, mccc, mc dresser, copy all makeup from current outfit to all outfits. Click the x in the corner of the window until you get back to the main window.
You can copy outfits from one sim to another with mastercontroller. You'll have to be in live mode for this though and i haven't done it in a while, so i can't really remember how well it works. Even the bathing outfit (nude) can be copied over the career outfit, or. I can be slow on the uptake.

Hair is copied elsewhere, so don't worry about that, yet. I’m constantly having to reapply piercings to every outfit and it gets so tedious after like three outfits. I miss from the sims 2 when you could copy a sims jewelry, makeup, and hair over to the rest of their outfits. There are no restrictions, so if you want to copy everything, you can.

I use a lot of skin details that are in the face paint category (eyes, lip details, etc.) Click your sims mc button, choose dresser, copy accessory and makeup, then paste both to all outfits.
