Sims will not change clothes. While i'd like to play with the simfluencer feature eventually, this. You can make the cold/hot weather outfits into their regular everyday outfits or whatever you want, can literally make the sim naked for their cold outfit and they'll be perfectly. There are also traits that you can buy with your points so that they are not affected by weather (and actually get a boosted moodlet from it).
