It affects residential lots as well as community lots but it only affects community lots that has the new lot trait change into everyday added. I removed mods and it still happens. Generate (randomize) or switch to new outfits in any category (works on household members & npc sims) added new interactions.

See bottom of post for details. When you are on the island, you can see that npc's random outfits cannot be changed. Am i the only one with this problem? Active household sims on a lot with this lot trait will not change into athletic, everday, formal, party, sleepwear and swimwear clothes.
The easiest and widely known way to change your sims' looks is the create a sim (or cas) mode.

They will stay in their nightclothes all day long, as long as they're not directed to do something that initiates a change, like take out the trash, workout, or take a shower. When i select change outfit and click on an outfit, the outfit is not the one i selected in cas.

Modifies dc25d633e7b31686 a_clotheschange_x 318fb3f35b9f2794 c_clotheschange_x and replaces the animations with nothing. My sims never change into everyday outfits when they wake up. The mod in an override, overriding the outfit change that took place at the spice festival (the food festival in the coding) for the bulk of the festival goers. Sometimes, just the swatch of a clothing item changes and other times the whole outfit is different.
A few months ago i already wanted to make a mod which stops sims from autonomously change into outfits but back then i thought i had to overwrite all the interaction files where the change outfit code is in.
