Luckily, there’s a mod available in the game for changing work outfits called “plan career outfit”. I’m playing a sim from the gallery and i’ve noticed that sometimes when she changes her clothes automatically (when she goes to work for example) she changes into a random. I have recently updated all of my mods due to another gameplay issue, and the game was running fine for a day.

I don't think it's been updated for hsy, but i'll definitely keep checking back. Luckily, you can use a cheat code to overcome this obstacle. I have a mod installed from sims4me called situation outfits be gone where it keeps sims from changing into random coordinated outfits for festivals. Sims will not change clothes with.
The sim can even get all black or have a random colored. Is there maybe a mod, which stops sims from switching into random clothes and stay in their casual clothes? For instance, it will duplicate the athletic outfit and i'll have athletic 1, athletic 2, athletic. Then i noticed while my child sim was sleeping that her portrait.

My game keeps freezing when i try to change her outfit, i took out all of my mods except the updated mcc! So, then i have to go back and change them all back to what they were which takes even longer. I have my settings so that they sims don't act autonomously, but they keep changing outfits without my commanding it. Switching up work clothing in sims 4 can be tricky, as the game itself doesn’t allow this feature.
Once the mod is installed, players will be able to get additional. My sim aged up and i edited them in cas. There is an outfit_change on_entry with the reason enterbedwoohoo, which i change to enterbathing. Is this happening to anyone else?
Back in the game, the sim looked completely different and the clothing was different too.
Mod support available via my discord: I tried adding an on_exit for another outfit change, which is done for. Your active household sims will not change into the dress code outfit. For players that only want minor changes, like their clothes or accessories, you can do it from the comfort of your sim's home!
Random changes like you described, and also several duplicates of an outfit. If you're meaning to prevent them from ever changing an outfit randomly, then that would require additional changes to the script but should be doable. It's possible to use one of these mods to simply disable career. Whenever my sim takes a bath/shower or doing anything water related, she automatically changes into something totally different hairstyle and outfit….
