Sims 4 Random Outfits Bug

I started to play with university neighborhood and all situation and career outfits are messed up. There is a glitch where on receiving a promotion including at school and high school, sims will adorn a random outfit. An unplayed sim keeps ending up with randomized outfits that i didn't give her and i don't know how to get it to stop.

Around 3 days ago i noticed that one specific sim was randomly changing clothes. She's my roommate and i gave her a makeover but everytime. Other thing i tried was save and reload the game at this point. I then tried editing her in cas and she was wearing.

My sim aged up and i edited them in cas. The romance festival has turned into a ridiculous. The real outfit shows up when i try to modify career outfit in cas.
