Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Some npc have shown this problem too what do you expect to see? This means that, for example, sims will no longer tend to put on various costumes (in surroundings where they don’t fit).

According to the sims team, npc sims, which in the sims 4 universe means randomly generated townies that don’t reside in any world will no longer have random fashion moments. My sims are wearing the wrong clothes. I have been playing the sims 4 and using mc command center (mccc) for years now but i only recently learned mccc can be used to stop the invasion of the ugly townie outfits. No more bad clothing for townies. However, the game keeps adding extra (randomized) everyday outfits for them.
The sim clothes change to a totally random outfit. For me this means no more time spending hours on making over townies because their ridiculous outfits break the immersion. This is a “weirdo” npc from city living. New comments cannot be posted and votes cannot be cast.
