The way that script mods have to communicate with the sims 4 to get new outfits for sims requires calls to cas for new outfit generation. Idk if any mods would still work after all the recent patches. An override that removes situation outfits from holidays in seasons. A situation in the sims 4 is like a job (mailcarrier, repair service, &c) or an event (a party or date).
Adding to the other comment: Now npcs won't walk around dressed in such weird clothes despite having the holidays up on the calendar. This removes the uniform from high school situation jobs because unless there's a pajama day, it's just not worth it. Even if it’s just replacing the situational outfits they have on with “magical” looking outfits that would be fine.

I would recommend bienchen's mods that basically eliminate situations all together though rather than trying to find one that will make you edit all the outfits. This goes great with the fashion authority mod by lot51, btw, since now the career uniform for high school students can take priority. I also think mccc has situation related settings but i am not sure where there are. Do you want to get rid of the annoying situation outfits that your sims wear randomly in different events? You need mods to do this. Because of this, when doing cleaning or randoming on these body types, in addition to excluded items being defined it is.
On second thoughts, i've decided to remove this mod bc a combo of sim spawn overhaul by lotharihoe and better cas randomisation by vicky sims does the same job this used to do (those mods didnt exist when i first made this). Assign outfits based on body frame (adult/child), and fashion preference (masculine/feminine) then restrict by situation jobs or careers, and limit to specific regions. Go use their mods on curseforge instead, i'll be doing. Let's face it, situation outfits are terrible.

This mod changes the raining walkby situation such that no situation outfits are generated for your sim. I tried the no situation outfits in rom mod that’s been floating around here but it didn’t seem to work. There is a batch fix for stopping npcs from randomly wearing cc. You can actually disable situational outfits entirely through mccc.
