Is anyone else experiencing a glitch where sims keep wearing their trendi outfits at inappropriate times?
I need help on how to fix this.
I tried turning off edge smoothing but i still can't seem to get detailed fishnet tights unless i zoom right in, making it super hard for good screen grabs of outfits. Everytime i zoom out, my sim’s hair will change to some other hairstyle that i didn’t even download. It instantly starts doing it as soon as i open sims and it wont stop until i close sims. But as i return in the game, it appears ripped in some parts (behind the neck and behind the arms).
This is a retexture tutorial, so it. I was trying to make a turtleneck by franken meshing certain parts to one another, and i made sure to follow what tutorials have told me ( like deleting double vertices and such ) and then i merged all the parts together like so below. Yep that's what it ended up being. My sim wears it in the shower, to sleep, and as swimwear no matter if i change them into the appropriate outfit.
Sims that have clothes on when they should be nude most likely need resetting their “bathing” outfit using the 'ww.fix_sim_nude_outfit' command.
This means anything that looks glitchy, doesn't appear in your game at all, or makes your game do weird things you don't expect. Basically we would need to see the blend and package files to give any specific answers. I play sims 4 on the pc however for the past 2 days my screen has been glitching like its switching from screen to screen constantly. One or multiple lods (where the mesh spikes) are not affected by the right bones.

Only, it’ll get stuck on the current outfit but if i go to “change outfit,” it’ll have the outfit they were trying to change into highlighted. I’m also having cabinets glitch out so i can’t choose which one i want (i.e it’s super zoomed in so i can’t select the corner or the side benches etc). They just keep changing back. I’ve checked my mods and looked on forums/google with no help.
You can use this command by opening the command console by pressing ctrl+shift+c keys combination.
Hi, i recently installed sims 4 and put some custom clothes and one of them has a problem: Broken custom content is any piece of custom content that doesn't behave the way you'd expect it to. In this video you can watch how i have added some texture to a base texturized image. Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder and check if a game is working now without mods and cc.
Speed edit for texturing a mesh to add some details and realism. When i select it in cas, it's viewable all good, no issue. I play on laptop and have already turned off laptop mode. It’s not only that we have to say goodbye to a certain cc piece.
You have to wait until origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
I've noticed cc creators taking pictures with fishnets never have this issue. They eventually do what i ask, but before, they always did things immediately. This subreddit is purely for the sims 4 custom content and mods. When i opened my game yesterday, my sim had all of a sudden got these weird blonde stripes in her hair that is not a part of the mod.
It usually happens if they're in conversation with other sims, and i have to issue the command again.
