It’s time to get dressed for the end of the world(or whatever’s going on here). I dont think it is possible to cross dress in this game. If you loot the clothes off of a female character and put them on, it is the male version of that. Either that or fire up the geck (the toolkit used to make fnv) and tweak the numbers on that object, which is more or less making your own incredibly simple mod.
