Fallout 3 and nv tend to mostly use different outfits, even if the bodies are compatible. For the most part it defines what shape the replaced armors will be, though there are some packs of outfits (mostly really old stuff) that doesn't include a base body, and trying to place a type3 dress without a body onto a type4 nude body will make everything clip, for instance. Does anyone know good armor mods that do not have breeze, type 3 or handed pipboy mods as a requirement?

The seamlessness will only work if an outfit is created with that in mind.
