The outfit is unlocked by collecting either one of the two relics in the lost island section, which can either be the torc of embitterment or the chalice of torment. It's a dumb mechanic they added. When you do that, you'll have the option of selecting one of your unlocked outfits.

I don't know how i managed it but on the pc version i was actually able to change the outfit in the main game too by replaying a level using a different outfit but i think that was just a glitch and i've not managed it in the 360 version.

I have a feeling this may be due to where i am at in the story, but was curious if anyone else is/was experiencing the same thing. Collect all relics in the game. Games, movies, comics, animated shows, mobile games, everything. Catsuit is one of the unlockable outfits in tomb raider anniversary. Thanks to treeble for the psp outfit images. However the game will no longer let me equip these outfits, nor can i equip the default shadow of the tomb raider outfit.
When you replay a level you have the option of choosing a different outfit. Here are all the available outfits. A complete showcase of tomb raider anniversary rewards section plus a demonstration of the game's cheat codes and the bonus level, style units. This modpack will be updated in the future.
