It's highly probable this item is not obtainable right now. Crafting stations will allow players to level up crafting skills when creating items at any of them. Back up and turn off tier 1 and you should be able to craft. New world database contains all the information about items, quests, crafting.

When i select something to craft i just get ejected from the outfitting station.
I have purchased the correct tokens that i want, i unequip my armor and go to the correct crafting station and yet the armor doesn't pop up. When you notice yourself turn around go to filter and select tier 1 then exit the station.
