I checked the wiki on this early in my playthrough, and no one seems to know what the percentage increase is. I reached triad level 10 easily all while wearing the crappy xp boosting clothing. The only solution is replaying all missions with triad xp, check the social hub and replay any mission where you have less that 2.66 score.

/ oswingaming / oswingaming if you wear these items put together, you will receive an extra 15% of the total triad xp you earned on any missions that. What i did is wear the retro triad outfit until i unlocked the outfits for +10% and +15% triad xp. By completing those side missions, you earn more face xp and raise wei shen's face level. It gives you a 15% boost to triad xp earned, so you could probably earn more by wearing it during story missions.
