Though barely visible in the digital trip, the madness outfit is unlocked after completing all of the objectives and is available to use at any clothing store or hideout in the game once unlocked. The other ones were mostly a bit over the top imo.

Hey, so what are the rewards for completing the digital trips? We're still here in case you absolutely must use a platform threatening and bullying its users and communities for defending accessibility. Different coloured versions of the default outfit would've been enough for me. The outfit doesn't look too bad.
I'm not sure if i'll bother spending a few more hours trying to get it though. It can be acquired from the madness digital trip. Restore all 19 generators (free all districts).more. They either were to brightly colored, to 'baggy' or something else.
