With the game being so story focused, it makes sense that the answer is no, you cannot get more outfits or change deacon’s clothes.

As you can see, there are two main files named as deacon military outtfits and helmet and hat collection update2, both of them are collections of several mods. I never played this was curious if it had unlockable outfits for the main character because i'm not a fan how he looks but if not i'll live. This mod will allow to have these outfits in all gameplay and 50% of cutscenes. You’ll need to stick with whatever he is wearing by default.
When are you able to change outfits? These include things such as decals or custom paint jobs you can use to change how how your bike looks. Gone are the days of rigid hourly schedules and assigned seating. You can unlock days gone skins as rewards as you progress through the story.
