Contacting the original mods authors (not due to impatience but more due to how many) once i finish doing a mod refresh in my game is going to be the biggest challenge and road block to making the conversions available to everybody. Random npc’s such as settlers and enemies like raiders can spawn with these items, making them look more unique, and even harder to defeat if the stats are higher.
Every parts has mix and match in mind to create unique styles. Optional replacer classy chassis replacer outfits (cbbe) by grafpanzer. In addition, i also packed the necessary files for the bodyslide (project name as simplyclothescbbe), and you can apply it to fit your customized cbbe body. I use undershirt and jeans ands it's color variations for a lot of female settlers.
Then i just build/batch build outfits to fit that body mesh.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but here are some good clothing mods: Replaces most female outfits in the commonwealth to classy sexy/skimpy versions. This is the official port of the popular pc mod to the xbox one. If you want heavy armour i recommend classic combat armour.
So women dressed in cotton blouses aren’t mistaken for robots, or worse, synths! Do you want to enhance the appearance of the female characters in fallout 4? It's not 100% as genesis 9 figures use different bones than genesis 8, but it's pretty close. Neither is female only but both works great with female characters.
