Lucy’s vault outfit is unzipped in the tv show. In fallout 4, the wardrobe system allows the sole survivor to make up their own outfit from a variety of clothing and armor. Not the vault suit pattern, but the way that it's unzipped & the amount of skin that it is. Clothing items are items that can be equipped via the wardrobe system.
