It needs to be removed or repaired to prevent it being equipped on any sim that gets a bathing outfit generated by the base game. Click on a mirror or dresser and change sim to enter cas. To reset the current bathing outfit:

You can look at the lastexceptions.txt file in the sims 4 folder to determine if that’s the case. The mc cas module allows control and manipulation of sim appearances down to individual body parts. 125 unique female outfits in each category; Helpful for when sims randomly get a cc accessory stuck on them in their nude outfit. If you are tired of ridiculously dressed npcs, or you want your newly generated npcs are being dressed at least not like weirdos and you are using mccc, than this file is the solution. Recently, odd outfits have become more common from the game itself, regardless of cc in use. The mccc discord server links are below: Ranges can be set for the biggest and smallest each of these body parts so sims generated by the game will use the ranges as desired.
